The New York News Awards NYNA of the Year
At the end of every year, the New York News presents the Awards of the Year to the public.
The New York News Awards (NYNA) are a set of annual worldwide literary awards which recognize outstanding literary work.
Its mission is “to celebrate the best of literature, the best of Arts, to expand its audience, and to enhance the cultural value of the planet.”
Nominations are held for both Books and Journalism Articles.
All finalists get the NYNA trophy and a citation written by the New York News.
We consider hundreds of books each year.
Currently a book must be published:
“between December 1 of the previous year and November 30 of the current year.”
The nominated books must exhibit qualities that matter to readers, and are valuable by average readers in the market.
Its publisher must complete the nomination request within the 30th September and if it’s accepted, it will be enlisted in the published nominations list.
The New York News accepts nominations from publishers until September 30, requires password protected emailing nominated books by October 15.
The jury read all the valid nominees during this time, compile the shortlist evaluation in September – October, and announces the finalists in November.
All finalists get the NYNA trophy, the winning certification letter written by the New York News and the permission to use the NYNA winner logo for their publication.
