Color Photography Adv campaign Heinz, “Pass the Heinz”
Color Photography Adv campaign Heinz, “Pass the Heinz”
Agency: David Miami
It was a compelling idea for this ADV campaign, even if the client wasn’t convinced at the time.
A delightful bit of defictionalization, the work ran as print and outdoor ads in New York City thanks to a joint effort between David Miami and Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.
Heinz finally approved this ketchup-less ad campaign 50 years after Don Draper first fictionally pitched it on Mad Men (and four years after the episode aired on AMC).
50 Years Later, Heinz Approves Don Draper’s ‘Pass the Heinz’ ADV campaign and Is Actually Running Them.
